No Refunds for Incorrect Size Selection

Returns & Exchanges for Defective Items
We take pride in our product quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a replacement.

- Provide your order number and clear images of the defect.

Exchange Process:
- Upon approval, we will arrange an exchange with a new item.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued for defective items if a replacement is unavailable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
